If any personal data are collected and processed in connection with this blog, we conform to the respective data privacy acts. On this understanding, we give you the following information (as to § 13 , paragraph 1 TMG):

1^st Visits of our website

When visiting these internet pages, the following data will be saved automatically:

host name of seizing computer

the operating system used

type and version of browser

referrer URL

time of server inquiry

These are no personal data as they do not permit any conclusion about you or anybody. We use these data to get a statistical knowledge, So, we do not gain any knowledge about your user behaviour. Instead, we learn only that there are users showing a certain user behaviour. In effect, these results serve for optimizing our pages.

2^nd Comments and processing of data

Anybody who reads our blog can as a rule comment on our entries in the blog which then will be published as well. Any data the comments contain will be saved for the purpose of publishing the comments. Saved as well are those information which are related to the conveyance of the comments, such as user name, email address, subject, time of the posting, IP address, profile if given voluntarily, with not publishing neither the email address nor the IP-address. There will not be any other usage of data.

Before users can pass their comments on entries in our blog, they have to leave name and email address with us. This specification of the email address is imperative, as we should be able to get into contact with the respective person, either if there are queries on a comment he has given or if a third person calls on us to resolve something regarding a comment by a user. As a matter of course, your email address will not be conveyed to others by publishing it for instance. The storage of IP-addresses is to protect ourselves as much as it is possible from misuse of comment functions of our blog.

3^rd Information, blockage, and deletion

At your notification (an email will do), we will of course provide you with those of your personal data we saved. But the contents of any such information will be the same in the end, no other than the data mentioned above will be saved by us,

4^th Liability for other pages which had been linked with ours
Any pages and related contents which are not made by us (red-rimmed Icons) we do not assume liability. As soon as we gain knowledge of any page of improper or illicit contents, we will remove it from our site immediaately.
